The friends we were with, who are VIPS and go to the brunch each Sunday, actually said they hate it when they get her. I could not read the nametag of our waitress (younger with an auburn ponytail)during our brunch visit, but she was downright hateful. We had one blond waitress who appeared to be in her 50s who was the only one making any effort to actually earn a tip.
However, the servers at Gilley's are extremely slow and indifferent. The casino itself is nice enough for the area (where I live) and the hotel is very pleasant, staff included.
